At Aakanksha Jewellery, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. As part of our strict quality and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances.
1. No Return / No Exchange
We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy for all orders.
Please ensure that you carefully read product descriptions, view images, and confirm your order before checkout.
2. When Are Refunds Applicable?
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
* You received the wrong product, different from what you ordered.
* The product arrived damaged, and you submitted proof (unboxing video and photos) within 24–48 hours of delivery.
* The order was cancelled by us due to stock issues or payment failures.
3. Conditions for Refund Approval
To be eligible for a refund:
* You must share a clear unboxing video (from package opening to item display) without any cuts or edits.
* Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
* The item must be unused and in original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your refund request.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved:
* The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
* It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. No Refunds for:
* Change of mind after placing an order
* Minor color or texture variation due to lighting/screen differences
* Delays caused by courier partners
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
